Advisory Board
Members of the advisory board are appointed by the Department of Humanities, Social, and Political Sciences at ETH Zurich on the basis of a proposal submitted by the Delegate of the MAS ETH SPCM. The advisory board is made up of personalities of the academic and business communities, public authorities and the armed forces. The advisory board is chaired by the Delegate of the MAS ETH SPCM. The annual advisory board meetings provide strategic direction and leadership for the MAS ETH SPCM.

is member of Deutsche Bank Management Board since 2006. He is Chief Risk Officer and a member of the Group Executive Committee. He joined Deutsche Bank in London in 1996 as Head of Global Markets Credit. He was appointed Chief Credit Officer in 2000 and became Chief Risk Officer for Credit and Operational Risk in 2004.
is an Attorney, the Managing Director Risk Management and a senior management member at Swiss Re, Zurich.
is Vice President Human Resources and Infrastructure of the ETH Board and Professor of Innovations and Technology Management at the Department of Management, Technology and Economics at ETH Zurich. He was conferred a doctorate at ETH in mathematics.
is State Councillor representing the Canton of Thurgau and a member of the Security Policy Commission of the Swiss Federal Assembly. Furhtermore, he is President of the Commission for Science, Education and Culture and of the Judicial Committee of the Council of States of the Swiss Federal Assembly.
is the Endowed Chair for Corporate Management at the University of Fribourg (Switzerland)
has twenty years of experience in national and international security politics, science politics and environment issues. She is director of a private think tank specializing in strategic planning.
is Head of the Swiss Federal Office of Intelligence. Before, he was Secretary General of the Swiss Federal Department of Defense, Civil Protection and Sports, Bern.
is Commandant of the Armed Forces College (HKA) in Luzern and a member of Switzerland's defense management board.
